A good run - recovery run for me as well as run with my daughter, Camille. My Dad also came and finished just after us. We think its such a kick that there's 3 generations running. :) Camille did awesome - ran a lot more than the first time she did this race last year. We took off 3 minutes from our time! She didn't complain until just past mile 2. Since the start there was a woman a lot older than me who was just in front of us - I kept asking Camille, are you going to let that lady beat you? So, we'd pass her and then walk a little and she'd pass us and then no way, Camille wasn't having it. We did "beat" her at the end. :) (Aren't I sweet? ha ha)

Walked around a bit, had some water, streched. Headed to the pier for breakfast and expo.


I like this race, its close to home and they have good post-race activities and most importantly, PANCAKES.
