Subject: RE: Pushups - WTF?I like to vary my pushup routine. I do them everyday, but do a different style of them each day...mix it up a little, so I don't get bored. One day I'll do regular full military style (on toes ), the next I'll do them using a BOSU trainer (makes you more wobbly, so you use your core more ), the next day I'll put my feet up on a raised platform (stepboard or something ), the next day I'll do them with my feet propped up on a stability ball, then sometimes I do them with one leg raised about a foot off the ground, then switch legs. I'm to the point where I can do 3-4 sets of 15 without any problems...but when I started I couldn't even do 1. It just takes time and persistence. Keep at it! |
