I will post those that replied in March after work today in the event that our many stray members recall where they put their scale!

I had to get into work early this AM and didn't have time to weigh in. I'll try to do it tomorrow AM and post.

I have been extra slacky lately.  Still holding tight at 144.  I fear there will never be a 13x on my scale.  Anyone have the flu I could borrow?

Dang I was out of town last week and forgot to post this morning too.  I am at 211.  Hopefully someday I will get back to where I was in the second week of this challenge.

For those still in - I will update the chart and get it posted tonight.

Therefore - still time to find the scale, step on it, look down at those numbers, jot them down, and post!

The pizza and beer diet I have been on these last two weeks has finally caught up to me. I'm at 166 as of yesterday, YIKES! So, mad at myself.

136 for me this week. I'm hoping that it will be back down next week. Like Zilla, this was just the wrong week of the month for me.

As you can see by my avatar I failed at the nutrition challenge. It showed up on the scale this week.

I weigh 149. I can't blame it on Aunt Flow it's just because I'm not writing my food down and paying attention to healthy eating.

For example yesterday was:

2 slices white bread (I hate it but didn't get to the store for the good bread yet), 1 T pb, 1 T jelly, 1 Cup milk

I get to the office and they have the coffee barista lady in and bagels and cream cheese. Well it doesn't matter that I've already eaten breakfast. I need a hot chocolate (which tasted more like warm milk with a hint of chocolate flavor-disappointing to say the least) and a bagel with cream cheese.

Now I am full but about an hour later I feel a need for something refreshing so I have some grapes.

Now it's about 3 hours since I had the first bagel but I don't like what is in my lunch bag so I have another one with cream cheese (at least it was light cream cheese) and a half of a dry cinnamon chip one.

Okay the body is wondering what's up with all the bread stuff so I consume my bag of baby carrots, and a tangerine while driving to job #2.

On the way to swim I ate 1/2 a banana and ate the other half after.

I get home and I'm hungry so for dinner (my family thinks I'm on strike for cooking but I've just been busy) I eat a 4 oz roll that I cut up and spread light butter on and sprinkle with parmesan and garlic and put under the broiler. I do have some carrots and ranch with it. After this I'm still feeling hungry (or maybe just want something else) so I have a glob of pb (2-3 T I'm guessing) in a bowl with honey and raisins.

Wow, lots of carbs and not much protein in the above. I was feeling sick to my stomach from too much animal protein so wanted to back off yesterday.

I have committed to getting back to using BT today to log my food. Gotta start somewhere.....

Well I am not exactly proud of my weight loss challenge progress.  I am at 212.5.  Which I consider a victory after three days in Vegas.

Ok, Im really dissappointed.  I went to the Vet for the little doggie.  Decided to weigh myself using the vet scale and OMG to my amazment I gained 12lbs!!!  WTF someone scales is way wrong.  Either I weigh 140 vet weight or 128 LA fitness weight.  They cant be both that far off can they?  Need a differnet scale.

Fat body testing is seems is the only sure way>>>>
