Whizzzzzzz, why did you talk me into another margarita?

Feeling pretty good this morning although after the mexican food last night I don't recommend anyone drafting me on the swim this morning!

Mornin' to you, Fill-up. I'm about 1/2 hour away from heading out the door. Fixin' to roll into town by 8:30a or so, and off to the Gatorade swim, reg and whatnot. As the Donkey activity director, what's cookin' in donkey-land for today? Lunch plans? The Donkai-lama is scheduled to arrive 10:30ish...

Well getting all packed up this morning and should be there around 12:30 ish... looking forward to being in the Tri Geek Kingdom.  What's going on today with BT people?  Where are we sitting for the dinner and meeting afterwards?

I'll be heading down to the swim in a few minutes. 8:00 was the "official" meeting time. I plan on doing a nice, easy bike after the swim if anyone is interested. Maybe 10:00 or so?

I am doing this race next year, assuming I get a spot, where would be a good place to stay??  Where does the race start??  I will be bringing my wife and 2 small kids, so somewhere close would be ideal.  How far away from the race is State Street???  I've been to Madison for a few extra classes and always had a good time on State Street.

BTW:  Good luck to all of you racing on Sunday, I definitely have the jealously factor going on right now!!!

Dude - did you find your wristband in the water?  Your number was on the wristband, too.  I hope they can get you a new one.

I saw a number of Donkeys and BT peeps out before the swim.  I have a couple of pics but since I'm at work I can't upload.

Hopefully will get them up a little later in the afternoon.

The morning was a tad warm but just a gorgeous sunrise and calm (yet murky) lake.  Oh, and Craig found a snake.

Good nights rest.  Good breakfast.  Feeling ready to rock!  Lori and I are going to swim around 10 a.m. or so, then a short ride, and then check in the bikes and transition bags.  WOOT!
