Did the make up swim today and it was amazing still a current out there, but very managable. I think tomarrows conditions will be better than todays. Should make for a great race. Everyone here is super excited for tomarrows.

I was out there today too. The visibility is nice and the current forecast for tomorrow looks to be half of the winds we have today. Should be a nice day for a race!

3:55 am and the winds are very, very calm!

Looks to be the best day for racing since I've been on the island (came in Wednesday).

Gotta go put on the game face.

Did anyone grab everyone's race numbers? If so, could you point me in the right direction?

So give me some information-

What is the best economey to travel from Houston?  Where is the best way to stay?  We stayed at a place in Playa a few years ago and loved it!  I was thinking of Flying in from Houston on Thursday or Friday if possible to Cozumel, then go to playa after the race on Sunday or Monday AM and relax for 2 days.  Is it better to just stay on the issland?  I am trying to make sure I can sell the race to the wife.

TJ if you read this I would love to train with you.  I meet you with Jesse Robinson before and after the 10 for texas.  Lets race

I would fly to CUN (or Cozumel), take private transportation (arranged ahead of time) to the Playa ferry (or a taxi from CZM), take ferry to Cozumel and then taxi to your hotel.  I wouldn't think of staying on the mainland for the race.  I LIVE on the mainland and look at the lights of Cozumel each night (that's how close I am) but even *I* won't be staying at home next November.  I'll be staying on the island (I'm going to work the race).
