Here's a shot of Beth and I last night at a wine bar in Brooklyn. This is after a couple beers, a couple cocktails/wine, and before we broke out the vodka

Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I did a 5.5 mile run and 3000yd swim yesterday and a 15 mile trainer ride and 3250yd swim today. Really working on that swim goal! I did an extra 1050yds than my training called for today. It's going to be tough to make it, but I'm gonna give it my best. I think I'll raise my run goal again, just have to figure out how much. I really dread the drainer, but I'll get the biking done

Great job raising your goals Robert!

I did a 13.27 mile run today. I thought of it as my honorary half for Kristin and Beth

Kristin and Beth. Looks like you all had fun!

Way to go everyone on raising those goals, yet again. You all are training monsters. I hope to get my running up to speed this week. I was down and out for a day or so but I'm b-a-a-a-ack!

Have great Mondays all

Awesome job girls

As far as running in the cold Beth, I am born in a country where it goes down to -40F every winter, so I guess I got used to it

I hope everyone has a wonderfull day today.

Just got back from the pool to swim a bit on lunch time.

This is the last strech of our challenge team, it's time to push as hard as we possibly can to reach all of our goals. Lets do it

Howdy Grits. I just upped my bike by 20 miles since I hit 100%. I am not sure how I will ever get the run up there but the bike and swim should be done. On that note. Got the bike in. I am going to get a little run in since it is nice out the dog (AKA run master) is antsy.

I did PM Slugger.

Hi everyone. Did some abs and not much else. I spent 8 hours doing the start up documents for my tri coach. Ugh. Wish that counted as a workout!

I think it is becoming permanently numb rather than getting used to it. That, plus really good gear.

Glad you are thawed Beth. Kristin, the paperwork probably helped with that thawing, or maybe with the mind numbing part.

Hey guys, sorry I've been MIA.  I am dropping my running goal back to 50 and will be struggling to meet all the others.  it's been a tough month!  I've spent about 9 hours on my roof this week alone!  I'll check in on all your progress when i get to work.  Off to the gym...
