Out of curiosity, what was your opinion of the heat this year vs. last year?  I suffered much less on the run this year, but not sure if it might not have been as hot this year, or maybe I'm just in better shape...

It wasn't much cooler imo. The temperature was lower, but the humidity was higher which made it pretty much a wash.

I thought the weather was outstanding.

Of course, maybe the fact that I was soaking in the Llano River pounding down some cold ones may have made a difference.

I did make it point to think about y'all racing, though.
