Doing a little 26.2 mile fun run....on a hilly course with not much training in the last three weeks.    Should be fun though.

First duathlon - Paper Discovery. I don't expect a great performance seeing as I've only been outside biking one time this season. But it will be a learning experience and means of getting psyched for the season.
