Master  1748     Port Moody, BC |  Subject: Oliver get togetherHey BT'ers! Kari and I are getting all set for the vacation / race to Oliver (how much of her? Oliver!) hehe. We thought about hosting a carbo-load dinner the night before complete with pasta, meat sauce, garlic toast and salad! Maaaaaybe we'll even bring a desert!!!! RVSP back so that we and the rest of the BT Oliver attendees know who is coming. Newbies welcome, heck bring the family and the dog if that's what it takes!!! I promise there will be no Jello shooters, shotgun beers or Vodka watermellons......okay, there will likely be none of that, but I can't control what that crazy party animal peby might try!!! See you all soon, hope the training is going well! |

Last year we hit a bunch of wineries and just mellowed out on the beach. Was very nice. Can't say how much I'm looking forward to this race! |

I was going to switch my registration to a volunteer, but now, I don't even think I'll be doing that. UBC's asked me to be in class on the Saturday now, so going up to Oliver will be a very expensive weekend if I say no. The drive + B&B + other costs + probably playing golf at Fairview Mtn + losing out on work...bad combo. Have fun, everyone! |
