Sounds like a good day. I remember when I bought my new bike in February. I was so excited I drove my wife crazy.

INSERT HALLELUIA CHORUS HERE...

Well friends.. my days of asking which bike is best are over.. Now come the barrage of threads regarding me using this bike!

Got it home about an hour and 15 minutes ago and rode for about 40 of those minutes oh so nice

No name yet but I will be thinking.

Clay,
I bought it from Gary out in Brandon at Pro Bike. He is a super nice guy and was uber patient with me and all my newbie questions. He has a much smaller shop but his focus is really more on helping out cyclists and less about moving tons of stock. Thanks Gary!!

Let me know if you want directions

well.. here she is

Congratulations! I know Gary and have been to his shop a few times. UR right about his paitence...he answered many of my (newbie) questions last year. I almost bought my bike from him, but decided on the Bike Rack.

Look forward to seeing you out on the roads. I live in Madison and ride either in Madison County or go to the Trace. Any idea where do you will ride mostly?

What bike did you get? I was looking at a few at the bike rack as well. THe folks there seem nice as well but Gary really took care of me.

I live in NE Jackson in the Briarwood area and so far have been riding around the neighboorhoods.. Sheffield and Eastover (wow.. eastover has some HILLS) t

I'll probably make it out to the Trace eventually. What madison county roads do you ride? I need to find a map of good bike routes in the area. maybe the JMC group will have some.

Will,

First of all, SWEET ride.  I'm happy for you.  But, let me also be the first to point out that you were smart enough to buy the faster, sleeker, and more powerful RED bike!

Happy riding!

Brandt

Congratulations! Nice Bike!

I have the exact same bike, except I had the LBS swap the handlebar tape out for black tape. And the stock tires for Armadillos. Just a personal preference.

You're going to love this thing! Mine rides like a dream.

THANKS!

I'm sure i'll upgrade the tires later.. but probably not until i need to. I kinda like the white bar tape now.. of course after a while it's probably gonna start to look dingy well ridden

I need to get out of my office and on the road!!!
