The Fast and the Furriest 5k - Run

Comments: This was a fun race. Almost everyone had a dog with them! I took Barry and he did well. He didn't want to speed up when I realized I had extra energy in the last mile, but that was ok since this was mostly a training run and just for fun. The time is a little slow because we had to stop for a poop and to let Barry drink some water at the aid station. What would you do differently?: Not much. If I was there to be fast, I wouldn't have brought Barry!  Post race
Warm down: Walking around the expo, some stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: Barry, but that's ok. Event comments: Very fun 5k! I would definitely recommend it to dog lovers!!! Last updated: 2005-04-23 12:00 AM
