I finally reached 100 days of no smoking!  It feels great and I don't even know why I ever even started smoking in the first place, but that is all gone now.  I don't even have the urge to light up, not even around other smokers or when drinking.  Next goal is 150 days!

Better then I can do. I am an off an on smoker but for some reason it has never bothered anything I do. I am sure it will catch up to me one day though.

Sharkie - 2009-06-16 8:18 AM Congrats!!!!

One day I will use you as inspiration to get me off of refined sugars..    (sugar is crack in my world)

Smoking is one thing, but I never said anything about sugars.  That's just taking it a little too far.  Notice the non-sacastic font.

Congratulations!  I have been trying to give up coffee and I know it is no where near as difficult as quitting smoking so my hat is off to you!!!

WOW! Great job!

Yeah... it was rather *funny*... last year at Ironman Kentucky... around mile 20 of the run... this guy came up to me saying, "I am DYING for a cigarette."

I was a little out of it, and was like, "You are kidding... right?"

To which he replied that he was NOT kidding... and that the last cig he had was on the bike. He snuck one off a voluteer at an aid station. He said he got into doing endurance events so he would stop smoking. Well it didn't work. So now he races and sneakes cigs where/when he can on a race course.
