What is the best recovery drink right after a Tri-athlon?
Most people just eat regular food. If you want a "recovery" drink, chocolate milk has been pretty much proven to be really effective.

An ice cold beer sure does taste good. Our tri club president called it a "carb replacement beverage". Follow it up with some water to stay hydrated and you're all set.Dano
I use some protein powder from whole foods, has a good mix of protein and carbs, mixed with milk.If it's on the weekend I then might follow it up with the above 2 mentioned drinks.
