Shark Week on Discovery Channel

 Austin, Texas or Jupiter, Florida |  Subject: Shark Week on Discovery ChannelSo I'm up at 1:30 last night with a screaming 1-year old when a commercial for Shark Week comes-on and there's a girl swimming through the water and it's serene and pretty and nice and suddenly she gets pulled-back and then they flash-up "Shark Week on the Discovery Channel." Has anyone seen that commercial? I can't find it. I like the commercial where the girl is hanging on the side of the boat or kayak and gets pulled down. They did an awesome job with cutting the video in the commercials so you don't really see anything but you know what happened. |

Veteran 132 | Subject: RE: Shark Week on Discovery Channel Love how the main focus of Shark Week is 90% of the shows are based on Sharks don't like eating humans, and you have a better chance of being struck by lightining while being stung by a bee while an airplane is crashing, etc and to let people know that Sharks are not all dangerous and out to kill humans. The commercials are a little counter intuitive to their programming, but on the other hand it makes me cringe when I see it. Love Shark Week also. |
