I think all of them other than Louisville and Hawaii usually end up wet suit legal.  It all depends on the water temp on race day.

Well...d'uh.  I mean he got Congress to adopt that whole "death panel" thing...getting the Mexicans to give up a teeny little flyspeck like Isla Cozumel would have been child's play after that.
