Embarrassing Moments While Exercising... (Page 3)

Lol, nice a$$ tho!  Maye if I'd had one of THOSE in front of me at my tri I'd've run faster, lol! 

Just a big relief to hear that I'm not the only one to have 'wind issues' whilst running!  Seems to get the bowels moving!!  Now and again I see people run straight off the treadill into the bathroom...God bless....Their bowels obv move faster than mine!!!

Mine is not necessarily workout-related. I was at a driving range with a friend - I don't golf. I whacked the ball with what I thought was impressive force and skill only to have it hit the guy 3 doors down. I yelled "FORE" after he jumped and looked around to see who was throwing at him.

Not THAT embarassing, but I laughed pretty hard.

I was bunked up in a hotel prior to a race with a buddy, his girlfriend and my wife. You know how nervousness is, and when going to bed my guts were talking so loud I could barely get to sleep. I awoke in the middle of the night and although my guts were perfect, the sheets/shorts/me were not. I went and cleaned up, and thought, man how can I play this one out. When the alarm clocks rang I announced what had happened, figured I couldn't play it off on my wife & no dog to blame it on. The look on my buddy's girlfriends face was priceless, I just shrugged my shoulders and said it happens.
