Subject: RE: Securian Frozen Half Marathon : Official Threadstevestenzel - 2010-01-13 12:22 PM Looking on weather.com at the 10-Day Forcast, next week (the week leading up to the Half Mary) has highs in the lower to mid 30s every day!! That's GREAT racing weather! There are some possible snow-showers predicted Wed-Fri, but who knows what will happen that far away - it's all a "guess." I still need to "OK" signing up for the race with my wife tonight, but I hope to make it official later today or tomorrow... That WILL be great racing weather...especially in MN in Jan! I'm out. I have a family activity in Oakdale Saturday morning, but will be thinking about you guys and your 'ideal' weather. I have run this event several times. Prior to the last one, I thought the Porta-John I was using was gonna tip over from the wind. I think your biggest problem this year will be slush and wet feet. Good luck all! |
