Well ladies ---- our time together has come to an end.

Half IM Training is going well. I have finished 2 full weeks of workouts and while it is an adjustment, it is getting easier day by day.

I am very excited because this morning I took out my tri bike for the first time ever. OMG Am I in love. Hills were so much easier on the carbon frame. Yeah it will be tough talking myself into riding my road now LOL.

I am sad that our time has come to an end
