Pre-race routine:

Woke up at 4 AM. Drove up from Tucson arrived about 6:45. Picked up number, Borrowed pump to pump up tire after replacing a flat last night (did the race with no spare tube).

I thought the run was long. I ran with my nike wristband it is usually only off by 10-15% and at the end of the run it said 3.88 miles.

Warm down:

Started to rain just as I finished. Ate Bagel, banana, orange and a soda. Then went to breakfast, then took a nap.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Me, but I'm working on it.

Event comments:

Nice fun little race. Happy to get my first Tri of the year in while on vacation and great to be able to do it with my BT friend Kate!
