I have partial tears in multple muscles in my left shoulder.  there is also an abnormality at the rotator cuff.

So next step is orthopedic surgeon.


Looks like surgery is Nov 5.  Then 6-8 weeks rehab.  So Tri season is done.  Just wanted to keep you up to date.
