Is the biggest one for your bike or is it for your bag? Bike - Typically goes on the top tube hanging down or the seat tube facing backwards. |

Here are my results:http://www.peaktiming.com/2010LTF/participantdetails.asp?BIB=3372 the bike was my best time for me. I pushed a little harder and beat my average time in training of 16mph. The run I struggled with a bit but felt like I was keeping a good pace. (need to improve running speed) the humidity and rising temps outside seemed to play a roll in my run time. The swim I will also need to improve on. I didn't really focus much on this in training so if I focus on it some more I'll do great next year. I AM HOOKED!!!! |

I believe hers was the worst. She flew over the handlebars and was down for maybe ten minutes. I guess she eventually got up and biked away. |
