Well I'm in.  My 4/28 weight was 204 and I'm shooting for 196 (I think I accidentally put 194 in the last thread.)  I can't believe I'm going to be under 200 by the end of this month. WooHoo! 

My other goals for the month are:

1) to be able to run 3 miles without stopping.
2) continue to cycle my calories so I don't get stuck in a rut.
3) continue to weigh and record all my food
4) learn to use my gears properly so I can get around my hilly neighborhood.

Well I'm In for May and many months to come I think I'm going to set two goals for May anything sub 300 and hopefully hit 295 by the 26th. I was 301 for the last two weeks.

Just under a week ago I clocked in at 224. I'm going to keep it reasonable and aim for 216 by the end of May (I just started back on WW... if the past is any indication the first week or two go quickly).

I'm in again.  April really didn't go well.  Too much going on over the month with Mom.  Being an emotional eater, I just gave up and let myself have whatever I wanted as things have been hard.  The result, I think I gained 5 lbs or so in April.  Some of that I think is water retention and a few big meals yesterday.

That said, we finally got some more positive news on Friday.  The next couple of weeks should tell us more as they are going to do some tests.  I am going to able to bring her home from the hospital sometime this week on a more permanent basis.  So far, I have been bringing her home on weekends.

I did manage to train consistently in April and I have increased my training goals for May.  My family has noticed a difference in my face and I am noticing my clothes are fitting a looser.  Now I just need the scale to take notice.  I really need to knock off some pounds before the k-100 relay that I am doing in June.

May goal: 240 lbs
May 1st: 258.8

I'm starting the month at 202.  My goal for this month is 198.  I'd try for more but I have a race on the 23rd and need to focus on perforrmance this month and let weight loss be the side effect.

215lbs start of this month. April was a really bad month for me. Getting injured meant a struggle to keep the weight down let along lose weight.

Goal for end of this month. 208lb. I will be really happy with that.

Positives this month I can start cycling again after the injury so hopefully that will shed some excess. I am stopping alcohol for the mean time too. And i am going to go full into this paleo diet.

Good morning Team Skinny!

I'd like to join you this month as well.  I'm struggling with losing winter weight and apparently I need some accountability to get there.  I don't have a lot to lose, but I'm pretty small, so the extra pounds have bumped me up two, yes TWO pant sizes.  

Currently starting at 127, goal for May 31 is to be 122.  Final goal is to be under 120 by July 4.

well if there is room I would like to jump in.. I am pretty new to this... I am planing on running my first Try a Tri in August this year.

I am on a commited lifestyle change that both my wife and I started about 3.5 weeks ago. I was  263 when started, was 279 at my highest.

Currently 253 as of this morning and we are counting our calories/carbs/fat/protein every day now and really controling what we eat and working out a lot.

So my goal is another 10 lbs this month. I did 10 lbs in 3.5 weeks and would like to see another 10 this month.. working out 3-5 days a week.

Goals
1. 10 lbs weight loss
2. get back to a 30km bike ride this month
3. be able to run 2k faster then 35 mins which is what I do on my treadmill now alternating between running and walking. Don't know how much faster but faster.

4. Train safe and seek more guidance and learn how to do all this properly.
