By the by, I'd worry more about the fact that I have my aero bottle holders on my fixie than anything else. I actually have a picture floating around somewhere where I have my 303 track wheel on the rear with an 808 front. It's douche at its most ridiculous. I have to find that picture now. |

Buttercup 14334 | Subject: RE: Skinny Jeans for Dudes jmk-brooklyn - 2010-10-05 10:50 AM I think skinny jeans look cool on the right person. I wouldn’t wear them, but I’m a 40-year old straight guy with athletic quads. If I was a 26-year old barista/web designer, I’d wear them proudly, along with my ironic t-shirt and straw fedora. I feel I should inform you that ironic t-shirts are very 3 years ago. Your imaginary younger you should stay out of t-shirts with rhinestones and glitter, too. *shudder* I'm going to ignore the tassel comment! |

I'd like to apologize in advance...I'm heterosexual. yeah, I've had 3 pair of SJ's. The old school dry's (I think I bought them in 2001) - lasted about 2 years before they blew out. The Organic Dry's lasted a couple of months... they weren't very impressive and looked "green" And some SJ Dry Black Coated's... Still got them, they look like leather now... they also seem stronger than the others. No problems out of my RR's. I still stand by the fact that my New Standards, although too big for me now, are the most durable pair of denim ever made. I had 2+ years in them with almost 0 fading. |

Maybe I need to run more to trim down these fat thighs. :p If you think NS's are durable, you should try some of the new stuff that they've got. I'm particularly a fan of the Momotaro stuff. It's kind of like wearing cardboard, even for someone who is used to wearing cardboard. |
