Yay Bill for cutting sugar. I am trying to cut out a lot of it. I made two decisions at the grocery store yesterday - no chocolate and no chips. Ok I bought chips for the fishing trip this weekend but I didn't buy my fave (cheetos puffs) extra since I knew they would be in the house afterward and I didn't need the extra.

Down .6 to 149.0 today so down 2 total. This is where I fluctuate recently - 149.0 to 151.0 - my parents are in this weekend so we are heading to the lake to fish one last time. Hoping I can keep the snacking at bay on this trip.

Will weigh on Sunday next. Need to skip tomorrow since I won't be home.

I'd like to join too as I've headed north of my 170 lb goal in the last 5 weeks from 176 to 182! Goal would be from 182 to 170 by 1/1 so 12 lbs.

Technically down 1lb, but in reality I have been fluctuating around 174-176. I'm so happy I was in the upper end of this for my first weigh in yesterday so that when I flux up it doesn't look like weight gain. If I get to 177 I'm in trouble!

Good luck with the sugar Bill!

Stacie,  Last year I read a challenge where you could not eat anything that had sugar (or a byproduct) listed in the first 3 ingredients.  Do you know how hard that is??????  The only time was with 1 hour before, during, or 1 hour after a workout!

My granola, yogurt, and cereal all have it listed.  It is crazy.

My goal this week was Halloween Candy and have been good like I said since Wednesday.  I still am downing 1 pop a day (12oz max) but that is a big cutback.

Tonight is the test - date with the wife and we always have ice cream   Will see how it goes!

I tried the no sugar challenge the winter before last. Super hard and I got a lot of dings without even "cheating" much. Part of this for me will be trying to knock off as many of those things I eat as possible.

I guess I'm on the up side of my fluctuation. I was excited yesterday bacause I was down 2 but I'm back up today. Plus tomorrow is busy and our date night is eating out with my wife's friends from high school. It would be nice to lose some over the weekend but I would be happy if there aren't any gains.

Never too late.  You are in.

Thanks!

My starting weight was: 188
Goal weight: 175
Current weight: 185.5

I went back through my Daily Plate log and put in my weights and then added my goal to my Dashboard.  Let me know if there's anything else to do!!

I'm getting this all wrong....I've put on weight again since that ^^^^^ chart. 100g. That's about 0.2 of a pound but I'm going in the wrong direction.
OOPS!

Can I blame the chart for my 1.5 lb gain overnight as well?  Actually this is a really interesting exercise in natural flucuations in body mass.  Check out this chart--hopefully the longterm trend by the end of the year is wobbling down and not up.

Love the new chart, except that I'm one of the highest people on it.

I'm at 185.5 lbs today.  Same as yesterday.

Fun, even if I hit my goal I will be toward the top.

Flat line today, not bad considering last night's munching.

I'm up today...  but I'm blaming it on eating dinner at 9pm and weighing in early today.  I'm hopeful for a good day tomorrow!

I'm finally down by a about a pound-0.5kg. Don't know how I managed that as I seemed to be a junk magnet yesterday with my son's 10th birthday celebrations going on and on!
Oh, and no training!
Keep up the effort everyone.

Somehow weighed 178 this morning after being at 182 yesterday. I think it will probably be between those tomorrow especially considering my b-day dinner at Longhorn tonight.

Good job everyone and keep up the good fight!
