Subject: How do I renew my membership?
Silly question, or it should be. I click on my membership link in the user information box, and it goes to training plan overview. Where do I go to enter my credit card info to renew? Do I need to wait for the email from BT?

From this page, select the membership level you want on the left and then click on "Proceed to checkout".  Let me know if something doesn't go right or isn't clear.

This is a relatively new page, looks like we'll have to make the process more obvious.

Just wanted to bump this after renewing my membership. A feature enhancement could be a "renew now" button. I had been seeing the red text in my user information section reminding me that my membership was going to expire, and the days would countdown each day. I also would get a special membership renewal reminder page when I logged in the past couple of day. What I never saw was a "renew now" button which could have taken me to the check out screen with my info auto populated. Just a thought.

I also was confused and came to this page to find out what to do.

A fairly simple fix would be to label the button SUBSCRIBE (also renew)

I think that would do it.

Hmmm, I went to the page and hit subscribe to renew my Silver membership and got a pop up that says "make a selection".  There is no selection to make under Silver except to add coaching.  I would like to renew while the memberships are on sale.  What do I need to do?
