RIP Jack LaLanne

Jack was a big reason why I went into sports and became a physical educator and coach.  RIP Jack

He was a friend of my wife's parents........amazing man, and a true warrior!

I thought that he was gonna make 120.  Showed us that fitness leads to BOTH quantity and QUALITY.

I'm surprised he never did any triathlons.....he swam the english channel pulling a tugboat for crying out loud!

Just read this quote from him "The only way to hurt the body is not to use it."

RIP and may our prayers be with your wife and family.  Jack and my Grandpa are the two people who have had the biggest impact on my life when it came to taking care of myself and my health.  I can't thank and say enough good things about Jack, and I know his image will never be wrecked by his death.  I have a whole bunch of Jack quotes on my wall and while there are so many good one, this is my favorite: "Your health account is like your bank account, the more you put in the more you get out". Thank you Jack for everything you have done and dedicating your life to help others help themselves.

An Icon if there ever was one.  RIP and prayers to his family.

96 and fit to the end.
That's the best we can hope for.
He was the real deal.  Walked the talk, and it showed.

He was a hero of multiple generations.  Still did his stunts of towing boats while swimming past age 70.

RIP JL.

He was a true Icon.
Reading about him inspired my as a kid, and continues to inspire me.
Worked the basics, and they kept him healthy!
