Comments:

my swimming is by far my weakest sport. I REALLY need to work of this for next season if I want to have a chance to compete for the top places
Transition 1
  • 00m
Bike
  • 30m 46s
  • 12.4 miles
  • 24.18 mile/hr
Comments:

I had a good bike, pretty much I was just ahmmering it as much as I could. I knew this was going to hurt my run a bit but I wanted to test myself.
What would you do differently?:

I need to work much more on my biking base, as right now I am achieving nice speed avg but it is hurting my run pace.

Run
  • 18m 41s
  • 3.11 miles
  • 06m 01s  min/mile
Comments:

I tried to go as hard as possible. i think I could had run a bit faster but my legs were toasted from the bik effort.
What would you do differently?:

not much just continue training
Post race
Warm down:

light strecthing

What limited your ability to perform faster:

SWIM SWIM SWIM...

Event comments:

This race is fun but it is becoming too expensive for what you get back. Though you can't beat seeing the pros racing and meeting them! Yes I hang out with some of them and talked to them for a while... pretty cool!

Another Awesome Race Jorge!!

You are so fast and congrats on placing again in your AG and super overall finish.

You did a 1/2, an Oly and a sprint three weekends in a row...need a break and a recovery week?

You mentioned a MA BT get together...check your email and see what you think!

Wow! Great race! I was impressed with last week's performance but this certain tops it, particularly with your schedule these past 3 weeks.

Now what? 1/2, olympic, sprint........ I think next weekend's Firman 1/2 in RI isn't full yet.

It's nice hanging out with you after the race.  Cool to know someone who gets a medal.  Great job!

I found my results at the bottom of the result page.  They lost my run time.

CARRRAJO!! 1:02 is spectacular Jorge! At those fast paces (INCLUDING YOUR SWIM!) it's amazing to see how much time you've dropped from last year.....those bike and run splits are ridiculously fast (as in Spaceball's "Ludicrous Speed") - I am scared to know what your run pace for the 5K would have been if you weren't riding 25 mph before hand!

OUTSTANDING JOB! Congrats in placing in your AG!

Saw your logs -- no Cancun anymore? That's ok...you look like you will have a long tri career ahead of you and plenty of races to have fun in and KICK ASS at!
