Oh I have been around. Doing my training for this Saturdays marathon and a whole bunch of other things. I will finish the marathon but I will be slow as usual. I have to get back on the diet band wagon this weekend. Any one that wants to see a great inspirational video go to 140point6.com and order it. It is about 3 athletes from my hometown that overcame thier personal demons and entered the Lake Placid Ironman. It had me tearing up in the first fifteen minutes. I went to see it on Friday night and got to meet the 3 main charachters and the director.

Good race Kevin. You're out there doing it and that's what counts. DFL is lots better than not even trying in the first place. I give you tons of credit, hang in there bud!!
