Go out and get five co-workers to join you in a sit-ups challenge.

geesh, do you have to rub it in that i'm still unemployed?
I'd have to take an automatic DNF

Check the 9th post Nikki, no excuses. Great to have you on board.
First week complete, none of my co workers have dropped out yet although one is claiming retired hurt - he has completed the first weeks numbers, we will see what happens.

Sorry to highlight you lack of pals as well Nikki, I guess that just leaves family.

I've been chatting to Chris and been astounded at the length of inspires they send each other.

Now give me twenty.

...(to the tune of Spam)...abs, abs, abs, abs, lovely abs, wonderful abs...

Just under two weeks of this and I already feel the difference! Hope to see the results soon. I'm really stoked about this b/c a while ago I had some major neck problems and had convinced myself that crunchies were not good for me...so the challenge kinda pushed me to try them again and all is well!

Don't worry Nikki - the one friend who said she was game flaked on me. Still worth doing.
