Subject: No longer a Super Clyde :)
Well, I am barely out of one category at least, those races that have 225+ as a super clyde.  Weighed in at 224.6 this a.m.  9/1 I was 235.  Woot!

Congrats on your weight loss. I started my first HIM at 254 and finished at 249. Five pounds in six hours.....If over 225 is a super clyde is over 250 a super dupper clyde?

Way To Go!  I'm not far behind.  just hit 229.2 this morning and am starting my distance running program.  10k in December and Half Marathon in March.  That should get me below 210.  But here's to hoping!

Super Clyde? I've never heard of that, is it a new thing? When I was racing I was always around 235-240.
