Ok ya'll- as I near my 1,000 post, Tricomet has inspired me to use this time to look back and reflect on my BT history and the great miles I have gone to get to the point.
I would first like to thank run4yrlif for taking me under his wings and turning me into the exceptional triathlete I was born to be. If it weren't for him, I would not be in the position I am today and recognize my hidden triathelte talents. I would also not be a member of this website, wouldn't be doing tri's, and most importantly, I wouldn't be able to offer my professional advice on this website. BT without runnergirl28- what a lonely thought.
I would like to thank for company for allowing me to use company property (my work computer) to log all my training, surf the threads, and create intellectual threads that lead to mentally stimulating conversations that changes the lives of thousands.
I would like to thank my boss for not turning me into upper management for misuse of company time.
I would also like to personally thank TriComet for encouraging me to speak up and express my opinions on topics such as hot tri guys, burritos, hot tri guys, cahffing, hot tri guys, etc. She has been extremely influential in my journey as a BT'er and I strive everyday to be as loyal to BT as she is.
As I near my 1, 000 post and gain a completely different BT status I would like you all to know that I won't be snobby towards the new users, veterans, extrem veteran, and anyone who is ranked below me. Although I will feel more knowledgeable and full of wisdom, I will not let those feelings get in the way of snubbing anyone. I will continue to humor you all in any threads I feel the urge to respond to, regardles sof the user status of the person creating the thread.
I would like ya'll to take a few minutes sit and back and re-live the life of runnergirl28 being part of the BT family. I am urging ya'll to please respond ( positive comments of course,) on how I have contributed to your tri life, the best advice I have offered anyone, or how I've changed your views, perspective, etc. And of course- any poem, ode would be greatly accepted!
