ummmm, warm down? sat down and prayed for dry clothing.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

my goal to pace my pals and keep them company limited my ability to perform faster. wouldn't have done it any other way.

Event comments:

very interesting course. i mentioned the international travel earlier, and then finishing on the 50 yard line in Ford Field as you watch yourself on the jumbotron is pretty cool. it was also nice to have a comfortable spot to sit and stretch after the race (turf). the ground outside woulda been horrible. i may do it again (the half) as a season ending fun run.
