Snowboarding class made me hyper. Every piece of muscle hurt. But I cannot sleep. Now I am chowing on leftover and watching Jerry Springer.

and I have to be at work by 7am.

Urgh.

Thats stinks.  Drink lots of coffee today!  I usually try to sit int he sauna after a late workout to help calm me down- it seems to work. 

How's the snowboarding coming along??

Hey Janelle,
I just noticed that the pink bouncy thing in your avatar is running towards a burrito. How cute! Still suck at snowboarding. My knees and legs get tired easily. Also, I couldn't get off the ski chair thing properly. Quite embaressing because there were a bunch of kid skiiers (who were in wheelchairs) who could get on and off the chair with no problem.

hey- there was an almost full moon...clearly it affected SEVERAL of us! Got lesss than 2 hrs myself- but got me to the pool EARLY LOL- before work -which is ALWAYS a challenge!!!No excuse if you've been awake for like 5 hrs!!!

Maybe that's why I had some crazy dreams last night!  Headless butterflies that have 2 sets of wings instead of a head, rode my bike and got a flat tire- only I had a clencher on top of my tubulars and still got a flat- what's up with that?
