I ran pretty hard, and really looked forward to those walk breaks!
What would you do differently?:

nada. I was a little overdressed though.

skipped around, jogged a little, ate some food

my own fitness

Event comments:

I love the UW runs, so low key and positive. A bunch of TNTers were running so it was fun to scream and yell for each other. Won some chipotle and some TCBY coupons in raffle

ist mile was 8:39, after that my watch was confused. It forgot to just <i>know</i> when to reset. grrr.

GREAT JOB! My goal at some point in this lifetime is to run a 5K in under 30 minutes... I'm still working at it.
