Comments: I had a good ride. This built a TON of confidence for the upcoming season. I ate well and did not bonk this time out, and I did not feel half dead at the finish line. What would you do differently?: Need to eat a bit more, maybe a piece of fruit and remember to drink. I REALLY need to work on hill repeats. This is absolutely my limiter on the bike. Post race
Warm down: Racked my bike and walked for about 10 minutes got a t-shirt and went to the truck to eat. What limited your ability to perform faster: My climbing ability... Hands down no question. I have the endurance to ride forever, but hills kill me. Last updated: 2005-12-24 12:00 AM

Not much of a routine. I had a bowl of life cereal and some Gatorade about a hr pre race.
jogged to packet pickup and then rode a easy mile to the start line.
