Subject: I love my cat!
She has started doing this new thing. She wakes me up by either sitting on my chest, or pillow and purring as loudly as she can until I wake up. It's a cute way to start the day! Animals can be so funny!

Between work and training I haven't been home much lately, my cat Humphrey is so needy that last night he jumped up in bed and proceeded to wedge his head under my chin, wrap his paws around my arm (how he got his big ole belly waddle over my arm I will never know) and promptly started "porno purring" (you know the one where they sound like they are "overdoing it" for your sake). Maybe I need to pet him more.

I didn't think I'd been neglecting her, but the last three night's in a row Mr. Kitty has hopped up next to me at about 3:30 in the morning and just started meowing her little head off.  It didn't get her the kind of attention she hoped for.

On my way to work every morning I pass a second story balcony on the way to my car. The girl has two cats that are always out on the balcony and look at me when I walk past. I usally wave to them or say hi. I think people in my complex think I am a little off.

My will sleep curled up between my shoulder and my head.   She is particularly affectionate when my husband is out of town, like she needs to have her full quota of lovin' so she takes double from me.   

When she wants me to get up, she will put her paws on me and push while purring loudly, that nursing confort thing.  And she will do it on my head.

I wish mine would wait for the alarm clock!  Every morning about a half hour before the sun rises  she lays down next to me and purrs.  And then she starts licking my face and making tiny little "bark" meows if I don't respond with pets.  I am such a sucker and give every day too, so I know she is never going to learn.

My cat doesn't wait for the alarm, but creates her own by knocking things off teh dresser. Books, water bottles, glasses of water, eye-glasses, money (her favorite), business cards, my work ID, heck, even the alarm clock. Unless I give them a midnight snack before i go to bed in which case, they will FORCE me to stay in bed for a fwe extra hours.
