Pre-race routine:

race was at 11:40 .. so a full morning ..
had a yogurt with granola and a bit of water...

quick jog up and down 1/4 mile

not much for loot afterwards.. well organized.. skimpy after treats..

What would you do differently?:

Not ski for 5 hours the day before the race... I beat my PR, which was 24 minutes flat.. but I could have done better.. My 3 miler earlier this week was better ..

Timed event .. well organized... ill do it again.. the shirt are nice.. not cheesy... so thats good..
