Subject: RE: What are your favorite triathlon/running/swimming/biking NON-training books?Finished: Iron War - awesome read, and really inspirational training wise. Gave also some training advice that I found interesting: Run the way you run, and you do it more, your body will adapt to make your gait the most efficient gait you can have. In other words, the ONLY thing you need to do is to run, and the best training and running gait, which will be individual to YOU, will follow. You Are An Ironman - Awesome read, really enjoyed it.
In A Single Bound - first female amputee to finish Kona, although it wasn't all about triathlons. Really enjoyed it.
Now I'm at a loss as to what to read next :\ Started In A Single Bound on Friday night, so that was a fairly fast read for me (222 pages). I want something that will grab me like that sigh.... everything mentioned so far here I have either read or hasn't grabbed me like that. Edited by GatorDeb 2012-02-12 6:01 PM
