Subject: unable to get to training blog

I am unable to get to my training blog.  I was on it, uploaded my workout just a bit ago but now no go.  And the rest of the site is pretty slow. I am using Firefox.

At times the site is still painfully slow and I am getting sporadic timeouts.  Using Chrome and on a high speed LAN.

Tuesday 7:25AM, still having issues.

Main page loaded fine, forums main loaded fine, training log wouldn't load at all after 3 tries. Got the same error message as above after timeout. 

Using Chrome and IE.
