Subject: RE: Newbie in ColoradoI believe that you can still sign up. You should go for it! I am very new to this so I have no idea if my training is sufficient, but here is a sample of what my next few weeks will (actually I must say 'should hopefully' ) look like:
Monday/Wed: open water swim (approx 1 mile )/mountain bike ride (7-12 miles )
Tuesday/Thurs: run (6 - 8 miles ) / possibly mountain bike
Friday: run or mountain bike or both depending
Saturday: open water swim, mountain bike (12 miles )/run (4-6 miles ) brick
Sunday: rest or mountain bike
I fit two days of strength training in as well.
Let me know if you sign up for it. And I am always up for riding, so let me know if you're ever up on the trails.
Speaking of riding....what is going on with all this rain!!!!
