Comments:

Good run for me. I wanted to run 7 minute miles and averaged 6:56, so solid. Went out fast and tried to hang on!

What would you do differently?:

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably need more run focus and addtional speed work to get faster.

Event comments:

Fun race! Jason got 4th overall with an 18:08 time and got first in his age group! He received a custom made cribbage board and he had a great time. It was his first 5k ever and it was very special to do a race with my son.
