It was a great weekend! Fun doing the OWS and going to dinner, hanging out on the beach with new BT friends. Hope everyone has a safe trip back!! If anyone is looking for a spring marathon or half, Shamrock is always a good time.

I had a great time this weekend.  Sure, it wasn't my best run today, but I had a lot of fun.  It was great getting to meet everyone!!

Yeah, they were bad during the open water swim, but they were much worse that afternoon.  My son was jumping around all over the place!  poor guy.  He's at that age where he is really modest and I had to stick my hands down his swim trunks to help rinse all the larvae out.

That is unfortunatly the nature of the beast when we get a storm swell this time of year. All my buddies were in really bad shape friday after surfing the storm swell. I'm actually glad I had to take it easy for the race. I hope you guys enjoyed Va Beach.

Hey Bt'ers!  I had fun meeting up with everyone this past weekend.  The swim was fun, despite the crab larvea.  As always, it's always fun to meet other BT'ers!  I hope everyone had a good race!  I'm trying to catch up on reading all the RNR race reports!

It was definitely awesome meeting y'all this past weekend. I really enjoyed VA's flat land! And it was definitely itchy swimming through the crab larva - um, yuck. Oh, and I even have a sunburn from Sunday (with a great run top tan line) to remember y'all by.
