Subject: RE: Last meal ever?Grilled scallops on a cedar plank, skewered shrimp with a lemon pepper marinade, 2 duck breasts stuffed with pepper cheese and jalepenos and wrapped in bacon, also on the grill....and then some grilled asparagus covered in cracked pepper and olive oil, along with a really good bottle of merlot or a spicy red zin.....as an appetizer. Then I'm going to need about 8 hours for a rack of ribs with a good dry rub, a 6 pack of Boulevard Single-wide IPA, a Yoder smoker, a pile of apple wood chips, and a pool.
