I've ridden that road.  Its pretty tight.  The guy may have been walking his bike.  Hopefully they will bring some kind of charges.  At least involuntary manslaughter.

The guy is responsible for his vehicle while on the rode and he didin't control it.  As a result a family man is dead.

Ridgelake sig. line says it all.  The only one watching you is you.   This guy was hit from behind so listen, look and be aware.

Train safe.

I thought I was very perceptive of traffic around me on the bike, but I almost got hit on Saturday.  I'm always looking out for cars behind, coming out of side roads, etc.  But I almost got a head on collision by a car passing coming the OTHER way.

There was only 2 of us and I came off from pulling.  Luckily, I knew the rider behind me and didn't pull over but about 2'.  Next thing I know a red car screams by me and I could see the whites of the drivers eyes.  She had NO idea we were there.  She was too concerned about passing the car in front of her.  So unfortunately, another place to look out for Danger.
