yep,
Subject: Podcast recommendations

Curious if you guys had podcast recommendations.  So far I have the following:

NPR - Wait wait don't tell me

Velobeats

Few other techno/house music beats

I'm looking for something a little more talk focused for say long slow bike workouts and my ride into work.  Using a Ipod shuffle, so no video podcasts.

Thanks

I think the Ben Greenfield podcast is a pretty decent listen. Some good tri/health/wellness/exercise centered stuff. Has some pretty interesting guests on from time to time.

And the Joe Rogan Experience, depending on your taste in podcasts obviously.

If you're looking for sports podcasts I would recommend:
Competitor Radio
Endurance Planet

For non-sports listening:
This American Life
NPR: Car Talk Podcast
Stuff You Should Know
Hometown Tales (they are not releasing new podcast, but there are over 300 you can download)

I listen to mostly health/fitness stuff:

Ben Greenfield

Freakonomics

Ultrarunner

Lots of Paleo podcasts: Balanced Bites, Paleo View etc. (probably not your thing, small target market)

I listen to NPR on their App several times a day, so I don't download the podcasts. I keep up with most of the shows: Morning Edition, Fresh Air, Tell Me More, Wait Wait, RadioLab, This American Life (listen every Sun or Mon).  I think I've listened to just about every TAL & RadioLab episode.
