Big "care package" of almonds and Cliff bars, which are unavailable in Vietnam. One "Eugene, Oregon" Sporthill running singlet, last one left over from the Trials. A high-visibility superlight bike jersey for riding in the heat, and several pairs of running socks. Thanks, Mom and Dad! Have also been enjoying my new ProMotion sleeveless shorty wetsuit (comissioned Santa to bring it), which actually fits, is comfortable for all four strokes, and seems to have solved my longstanding problem of freezing in the year-round outdoor pools in Oregon. And I found my Garmin that I accidentally left in a kitchen cabinet last summer!

I bought myself an Edge 500 and my husband got the Edge 800! I'm waiting on some bibs and a wool jersey, but seeing as those items were mailed in November and not here yet, I'm not sure when I'll see them.

Compression sleeves, bike parts, socks and the always popular gift cards(new running shoes????).

More important, a visit from my daughter who lives on the other side of the state. Not tri related, but more appreciated, that's for sure.

Christmas was excellent this year. More than anything I enjoyed giving gifts but....heres what I hauled in. Wife got me three new bike jersey/shorts kits one of which being the spiderman one. Also got me a heartrate monitor which I can't wait to do a LTH test. Parents got me a pair of Oakleys I wanted and then a pair of running tights, reflective running wind breaker style shirt, beanie, gloves, and a nathan flasjing clip on light. Oh and some smartwool socks!

It was a great Christmas.

Awesome, I love Kestrel's. I don't have it yet, but I bought a Kestrel 4000 last week, I'll have it tomorrow, I currently have a 2010 Airfoil Pro and love it, even though it is 1 size too small. Hope you have fun with it.

I also picked up a set of used road bars with shifters to convert my Talon Tri to a road bike.

Timex GPS Trainer, subscription to Triathlete Magazine, a really sweet Italia bike jersey, a new bottle of Chamois, and lots of socks for training.

And probably the best gift of all: a supportive wife who understands this obsession of mine.

I am getting a new seat for my tri bike as mine is (literally) worn out down to the plastic shell in spots.  No idea what I want, but get to spend some time at my favorite the Tri store!
