Got a Brooks running T, two pairs of socks, and--best of all--my soleus muscle felt good enough to run an easy 4-1/2 yesterday.

Actually, my best gift (not tri-related) was when the vet called to let me know that my 15 year-old Australian Shepherd's blood work came back and the results were perfect. He can't do trails with me any more, but I couldn't have a better roadie on long trips.

Cool

Many different Blue-Ray and DVD's so I can ride on the trainer during the winter and run on the dreadmill too.

I helped my wife out with her Christmas shopping this year and that worked out really well.  She got me a Flo disc wheel, a Swimp3 (I broke my old one), a running cap with built-in LED lights.

My daughter gave me a coffee mug with pictures on it of the IM we did together this summer.  She had some great shots of each of us finishing and several of our tearful embrace at the finish.  Good stuff!!

I haven't received it yet, but Tony got me one of Flip's tri necklaces - yay!

The only tri thing I gave was a headlamp.   Hopefully next year will be a better year to be able to give some of the things I wanted to give.

Also, running gloves, workout clothes, a USB compatible DVD player for the basement where my trainer is set up and a Sufferfest download.
