Ugh. I didn't meet the goal, but I made a valiant attempt. I fell HARD on the ride I did. A course marshall walked in front of me and I had to stop immediately. I have lovely purple, bruises in places folks should never have bruises.

The swim yesterday felt pretty good, but I scared one kid. He asked his mom if I had been in a truck wreck. I guess the bruises are bigger than I thought. Sure kept the kids away from me in the lake though.
