How can you tell what plan you currently have imported into your training log. I downloaded one plan and overwrote the plan with another plan. I want to make sure I'm using the most recent downloaded plan.

It look like you have the 12 week Silver Olympic plan loaded starting this week (comparing volume graphs from the 'training plans' area to yours).  Since we offer the ability to blend and merge plans, you just have to 'know' what you imported.

Though if this is not the plan you dowloaded, let me know which one it was and I can double check.

Using a high-volume schedule for many months is not the best tactic. Build speed and skill several months out, and then transition to a high-volume IM plan.

This plan is an advanced plan in terms of volume and intensity and appropriate for someone who is looking to go under 5:00 and as fast as 4:30. There isn’t a lot of fluff in the plan.
