Hanging out with my family. Waited in a car park while the race was delayed due to a massive storm.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I was mid-training for a half ironman and hadn't done any specific training for a 5k event. I only entered at the last minute so that my family could hang out and watch me race. Was 1 minute behind the winner.
